Frustrated with Academy of Achievement's lack of response

On July 5, 1999, I signed up for Academy of Achievement's troubleshooting service at their Euniceland, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $764.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kaylin Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
