Unsatisfactory resolution from Delicious Flavors Co

On January 11, 2020, I signed up for Delicious Flavors Co's premium plan at their Port Mae, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $989.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Doris L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
