I have been a loyal customer of Physicians Institute for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-3893-NYL-7414) on August 27, 1987, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
