Overcharged by QuantumSys Computing for service

On October 2, 1987, I signed up for QuantumSys Computing's return process at their Hamillfort, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $947.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dwight P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
