QuantumSys Computing tech support failed to resolve issue

I purchased a tool from QuantumSys Computing on October 7, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Braulio B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
