On March 3, 2010, I signed up for United Care Professionals's exchange program at their Lake Giovani, New York location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $877.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Estefania N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
