I purchased a platform from Advanced Group on July 28, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tad Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
