On June 17, 2013, I signed up for Advanced Group's technical assistance at their Jasonfort, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $63.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shaina F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
