Unresolved issue with First Supply product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4856-TRP-6849 placed with First Supply on May 2, 2008. I paid $389.60 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Roxanne L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
