Refund refused by Wisdom Academy Training

On March 22, 2009, I signed up for Wisdom Academy Training's warranty service at their Trompstad, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $951.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marco Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
