I purchased a application from The Global Emporium Enterprises on June 19, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Madyson A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
