I have been a loyal customer of AcademicEducation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-1601-LYS-6729) on December 13, 2012, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
