Frustrated with Community Solutions Ltd.'s lack of response

On November 30, 1979, I signed up for Community Solutions Ltd.'s customer support at their Port Nellashire, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $198.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Junior Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
