Refund refused by Abode & Consultants

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7595-EMO-4839 placed with Abode & Consultants on November 25, 1990. I paid $918.44 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ike J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
