On October 31, 1973, I signed up for EdgeCloud Ltd.'s technical assistance at their Lake Kaneborough, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $888.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amelia Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
