I purchased a system from Eats Eateries on November 9, 1992. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hailey P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
