I have been a loyal customer of Health Vitality for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-8412-PPH-6994) on October 21, 2007, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
