Prime Deal provided defective product

On August 19, 2009, I signed up for Prime Deal's customer support at their Loyalborough, Montana location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $421.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gracie J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
