I purchased a tool from Innovative Design Group International on November 8, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jayce X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
