I am writing regarding order #ORD-9374-GMT-7310 placed with CoreAI on December 16, 2009. I paid $110.72 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jaquelin E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
