False promises made by The Urban Shop LLC representative

On July 7, 1994, I signed up for The Urban Shop LLC's repair service at their New Aldaberg, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $351.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pamela D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
