Overcharged by The Urban Shop LLC for service

On April 29, 1983, I signed up for The Urban Shop LLC's training session at their West Taryn, Washington location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $260.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nelson Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
