I have been a loyal customer of Intellect Learning of Education San Jose Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-4747-VBA-2207) on July 28, 2016, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
