I purchased a device from The Med Remedy Alliance on April 16, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Leanna Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
