Representation Firm of Advocate Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5787-USP-8256 placed with Representation Firm of Advocate Corp. on June 24, 2023. I paid $932.51 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kailyn V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
