I want to report a serious concern with Representation & Consultants's item that I purchased on October 23, 1983 from your East Alan, Wisconsin store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ted K., but my issue remains unresolved.
