HyperSys Innovations Enterprises failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1231-BSM-9901 placed with HyperSys Innovations Enterprises on January 21, 2002. I paid $431.65 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Junior Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
