Unsatisfactory resolution from Builders Contractors

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6472-MVB-8111 placed with Builders Contractors on May 15, 1990. I paid $594.63 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but George L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
