Poor customer service experience with Counsel Counsel of Trusted

On April 5, 1997, I signed up for Counsel Counsel of Trusted's delivery service at their Port Jewell, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $320.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Margret V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
