I purchased a account from Select Delight LLC on September 7, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Olaf U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
