I purchased a equipment from The Modern Vitality Group on January 23, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dannie D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
