Hearty Appetite refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6917-LKE-1559 placed with Hearty Appetite on August 28, 1992. I paid $466.47 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sonya D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
