I am writing regarding order #ORD-8651-DOR-9907 placed with The Hearty Tastes on January 5, 1988. I paid $839.3 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jude K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
