I have been a loyal customer of Modern Hospital Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-9143-FZO-9460) on July 31, 2002, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
