I want to report a serious concern with Modern Hospital Corp.'s platform that I purchased on April 4, 1971 from your Kennedimouth, Wyoming store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Taylor I., but my issue remains unresolved.
