Billing dispute with Community Management International

On December 31, 2009, I signed up for Community Management International's exchange program at their Port Verner, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $980.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sunny D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
