Reliable Attorney Partners LLC provided defective product

On June 3, 1995, I signed up for Reliable Attorney Partners LLC's upgrade service at their West Chazfurt, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $591.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maybelle J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
