Unsatisfactory resolution from Solid Structures Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7577-YKY-5476 placed with Solid Structures Enterprises on December 9, 1996. I paid $218.16 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Danny E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
