Frustrated with Advocate Associates of Integrity Genoa International's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Advocate Associates of Integrity Genoa International's item that I purchased on July 30, 1984 from your McGlynnstad, Michigan store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Zaria H., but my issue remains unresolved.
