I am writing regarding order #ORD-3122-VBL-2139 placed with The Savory Fare on February 6, 2010. I paid $212.45 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jermain Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
