Warranty claim denied by Strategic Consulting Associates

On February 12, 1993, I signed up for Strategic Consulting Associates's warranty service at their North Marilyne, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $137.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Trudie H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
