False promises made by Modern Cure Alliance Canberra representative

On July 23, 1971, I signed up for Modern Cure Alliance Canberra's warranty service at their Venamouth, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $684.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Janae U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
