Unsatisfactory resolution from Urban Management Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5829-LDI-2486 placed with Urban Management Corp. on March 30, 2001. I paid $693.63 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zelda C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
