I am writing regarding order #ORD-3781-BGB-9025 placed with Advance Academy Thinkers on July 17, 1973. I paid $507.74 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marley E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
