Software glitches with Ultra Solutions International product

On June 6, 1992, I signed up for Ultra Solutions International's premium plan at their North Yolanda, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $877.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Louvenia P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
