Unsatisfactory resolution from Development of Modern

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3118-ZAE-3092 placed with Development of Modern on January 31, 1979. I paid $164.77 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Isaias G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
