Care Care International provided defective product

I want to report a serious concern with Care Care International's package that I purchased on April 9, 2009 from your Rennerview, Arkansas store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Laurie C., but my issue remains unresolved.
