Scholar Campus LLC refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4301-MCY-3320 placed with Scholar Campus LLC on January 25, 1981. I paid $902.41 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hannah L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
