Overcharged by Organic Appetite Sydney for service

On July 27, 1974, I signed up for Organic Appetite Sydney's exchange program at their Labadiemouth, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $740.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lucienne N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
