Refund refused by Urban Development Partners Inc.

On April 3, 1978, I signed up for Urban Development Partners Inc.'s delivery service at their North Christchester, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $817.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Miguel A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
